Bio

Welcome to my Website! I am a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Hobby School of Public Affairs, University of Houston.

I hold a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Political Science from Rice University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Universidad de Buenos Aires, in Argentina.

Additionally, I collaborate with the US edition of the online newspaper La Política Online.
